1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GameTimez, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

GameTimez provides an online platform allowing users to sync their favorite sports teams' schedules to Google Calendar. Users must be at least 13 years of age to use GameTimez. By using Google Sign-On, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register using Google Sign-On. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize GameTimez to add, modify, or remove events in your connected calendar. While we implement safeguards, we are not responsible for any unintended calendar modifications or sync issues. We recommend maintaining separate calendars for sports schedules.

4. Subscription Plans

GameTimez offers a free tier and two paid subscription options (Plus and Pro). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and are non-refundable once purchased. All paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. We will notify users of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

5. Data Accuracy and Reliability

While GameTimez strives to provide accurate sports scheduling information, all data is provided by third-party sources and is provided 'as is'. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any scheduling information. Game times, dates, and other details may change without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated information. Users should always verify critical game information through official sources.

6. Service Availability

GameTimez does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may suspend or terminate service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control without notice. Users acknowledge that calendar syncing may experience delays or interruptions during such periods. GameTimez shall not be liable for any service interruptions or data loss.

7. Intellectual Property and Sports Data

GameTimez owns its content, logos, and trademarks. We are not affiliated with any sports league, team, or organization. Team and league names are used for descriptive purposes only. Sports data may not be used for gambling or commercial purposes without explicit authorization. All team names, logos, and related marks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access. Any violation may result in immediate account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

GameTimez, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are allowed, GameTimez's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Force Majeure

GameTimez shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, pandemic, changes in law or regulations, or failures of third-party service providers.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and GameTimez shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in King County, Washington. You hereby accept and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.

12. Modification of Terms

GameTimez reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the site and, where appropriate, notified via email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
